Prof Dr. Rasheed has been on a remarkable business journey spanning over 30 years, marked by both successes and challenges that have shaped his expertise. He began his career in his family’s business, where he gained invaluable lessons and a deep understanding of the dynamics of the business world. Over the years, he has cultivated a vast network of business connections, establishing meaningful relationships with partners and friends across the globe.
Drawing from his extensive experience and global insights, he now offers consultancy services to help businesses navigate complexities and grow. He also offer to his close business associates his wisdom and unique perspective.
In addition to his business acumen, he is an NLP Practitioner, deeply passionate about psychology and metaphysics. This knowledge allows him to approach his work with a profound understanding of human behavior, adding a unique layer to his consultancy.
Currently, he serves as the Director of UIPM Singapore LLP, an online academy dedicated to empowering professionals through education and personal development. His leadership reflects his commitment to fostering growth and inspiring others on their own professional journeys.

Professor Dr. Fahmi Rais also known as the ‘The Brand Wizard’ is regarded as a man of many talents. He is a branding and public relations thought leader with almost 30 years of industry experience accumulated from his time in management positions with several MNCs and as an entrepreneur.
He now heads as an Academic Director under UIPM DABA – Digital And Brand Academy. Prof. Dr. Fahmi Rais is also an Adjunct Lecturer, at James Cook University and London School of Business and Finance.
In addition, he is also a pracademic, performance coach, motivational speaker, author, publisher, broadcast veteran and community activist. An active community leader for more than 25 years, he has sat as an elected Board Member for Yayasan Mendaki and the National Youth Council.
In the communication field, Prof. Dr. Fahmi acquired his craft from global industry leaders such as Burson-Marsteller, Ogilvy & Mather and Dentsu. He has provided counsel for more than 50 international brands before heading his own agency BrandLab focusing on brand identity consulting
Prof. Dr Fahmi holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Griffith University where he came top of his cohort. Prior to that, he graduated with a law degree with honours from University of London and became a member of the Lincoln’s Inn of Court. Prof. Dr Fahmi is also a recipient of the Excellence in Education Award by the Education 2.0 Conference, Dubai 2024.*
Prof. Dr. Rantastia served as President / CEO of UIPM (Universal Institute of Professional Management) in 2017. He is the Representative of UN Ecosoc, Ecosoc Special Consultative Status since 2019.
He is also the Global Advisory/Founder of UNPKFC (United Peace Keepers Federal Council). In 2017, He was elected as the President of SPIA (Soldiers of Peace International Association) for the Indonesian country
