Professor Dr. Fahmi Rais also known as the ‘The Brand Wizard’ is regarded as a man of many talents. He is a branding and public relations thought leader with almost 30 years of industry experience accumulated from his time in management positions with several MNCs and as an entrepreneur.
He now heads as an Academic Director under UIPM DABA – Digital And Brand Academy. Prof. Dr. Fahmi Rais is also an Adjunct Lecturer, at James Cook University and London School of Business and Finance.
In addition, he is also a pracademic, performance coach, motivational speaker, author, publisher, broadcast veteran and community activist. An active community leader for more than 25 years, he has sat as an elected Board Member for Yayasan Mendaki and the National Youth Council.
In the communication field, Prof. Dr. Fahmi acquired his craft from global industry leaders such as Burson-Marsteller, Ogilvy & Mather and Dentsu. He has provided counsel for more than 50 international brands before heading his own agency BrandLab focusing on brand identity consulting
Prof. Dr Fahmi holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Griffith University where he came top of his cohort.
